When you interact with AdEx — whether through our main website, our funnel pages, our customer check-in system, or any other surface — information you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, business details, and behavioral data) may be transmitted to, stored by, and processed by these third-party platforms. Each third-party platform operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service, and AdEx does not control how those platforms handle your data once it is in their systems. AdEx may add, remove, or change the third-party platforms and service providers it uses at any time without prior notice. The categories of data shared with third parties remain substantially as described in this policy regardless of which specific provider is used.

For business owners using our 5-Star Snowball system: when your customers submit a check-in or leave a private message, their contact information and message content may be transmitted to our CRM and communication platforms so that the message can be routed to you. Your business name, industry, and owner email address are attached to your customers' records as metadata to enable this routing.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties without your consent, except as required by law, or to the trusted third-party platforms and service providers described in Section 3 who assist us in operating our website, delivering our services, or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential to the extent required by applicable law and their own platform policies.
